The all-new Esotar Pro tweeter uses our soft-dome heritage combined with the Hexis inner dome to optimize airflow, smooth frequency response, and eliminate internal resonances. This results in exceptional imaging, transient detail, and effortless highs.

A 5-inch midrange driver delivers staggering detail, using a proprietary MSP cone for a balance of lightness, stiffness, and damping. Coupled with an aluminum voice coil and neodymium magnet system, it ensures fast response and authoritative control, covering a significant vocal range for confident mixing.

The 9-inch bass driver, developed after extensive subwoofer research, features a copper voice coil, glass-fiber former, ceramic magnets, and a 500W class-D Pascal amplifier, delivering deep, controlled bass. Flexible Positioning and Innovative Design

Core 59’s Orbit baffle rotates, enabling left, right, or center orientation and allowing placement flexibility without phase compromise. Indentations on all four sides accommodate protective pads for vertical, horizontal, or inverted setups. It’s compatible with VESA mounts and custom brackets for immersive audio systems like Dolby Atmos.

Sophisticated Yet Simple DSP

The Core 59 features user-friendly DSP filters to optimize placement and boundary effects. Position 1 adjusts for console reflections (‘Desk’) or wall placements (‘Soffit’), while Position 2 compensates for boundary-induced low-frequency boosts (‘Wall’ or ‘Corner’). An 80Hz cutoff can be engaged when using a subwoofer.

The Sound Balance filter, derived from the LYD series, provides tonal adjustments without affecting phase response. Choose between ‘Dark’ (-1.5dB at 20kHz, +1.5dB at 20Hz) or ‘Bright’ (+1.5dB at 20kHz, -1.5dB at 20Hz) settings to fine-tune the sound to your preference.

Core 59 ensures optimal gain staging with input sensitivity ranging from 0dBu to +24dBu. Analogue signals are processed at 192kHz/64-bit resolution for maximum precision, while the DSP supports AES digital inputs with seamless sample rate and clock synchronization.
